February 19, 2021 brings a revised touch to an always sold out dinner, held the night before the festival. Heading back to Housey Housey in Lydiard Street, we pair our love of beer with our love of fine foods, each course matched to two beers (wine also available). Hosted by the inimitable duo, Professor Pilsner and Beer Diva, the night is often hilarious, rarely serious and filled with fantastic food and beers.
Plus we throw in a local champion winemaker to stir the pot – is beer a better match for food than wine.

Ceviche of swordfish, chilli, lime, compressed watermelon, coriander and fermented black garlic

Grilled octopus, cauliflower purée, English peas, and nduja salsa
COURSE THREE:
Grilled local marble 4, eye fillet minion with Paris potato purée and green peppercorn sauce

Confit Duck with French lentils, black truffle and goose fat potatoes

Dark chocolate brownie with salted caramel ice cream
